The TrakSYS comprehensive manufacturing management and operator interface is integrated with PREMIER’s ERP and payroll system. All of PREMIER’s panels go through extensive quality tests and require order management which entails creating and printing setup sheets, labels, and quality documentation, groupings for assembly efficiency, and other administrative tasks. Every panel order is tracked through the shop, including labor for each assembly step, all inspections, and any UL serialization required by PREMIER’s customers.
