Client has a global initiative aimed at boosting margins by raising productivity to world class levels. This necessitates the use of tools designed specifically for collecting plant performance data to measurably drive production efficiency improvement.

Using Parsec’s RPM solution the client was able to: - Capture data that is used to calculate a number of productivity related key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Capture accurate, time-based event data, including planned and unplanned downtimes.

-Rapidly install and configure the RPM software without programming, while taking advantage of the existing PLC
and SCADA system infrastructure.

- Involve operators in the improvement process with Parsec’s event monitor tool.

- Provide real-time data to a variety of users through Web-ased reporting
